TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning with me, I will be assuming that you have read and agreed to all of my Terms of Service.
GENERAL INFO
Please be patient and respectful.Prices may vary depending on complexity.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel the commission for any reason (if canceled I will refund the payment).
PAYMENT and REFUNDS
Payment upfront via PayPal invoice.Refunds will not be made after sketch approval.
PROCESS
Send your request to my email [email protected]Describe the scene and the character in details and include visual references of everything I will need to draw.Also, provide your PayPal email.A fee of 30% will be charged for the absence of references.Turnaround 1-4 weeks (after the sketch approval), depending on the complexity.If you have a specific deadline, let me know. Short deadlines will cost an extra fee.I will send WIPs at each stage (sketch > lineart > base color > render). The sketch stage is when you can ask for major changes, after that I will only accept minor changes.Major changes after the lineart/base color will have an additional cost.When finished, I will send the art in high resolution by email in png format.
RIGHTS
I reserve the right to my artwork.Unless otherwise agreed, I can post the final artwork on my social media or use it in my portfolio.Commissions are for personal use.Printing (for personal use) and using the commissioned artwork as an icon/banner is allowed.You are free to post the artwork wherever you want, but be sure to tag/credit me.Commissioned artwork may NOT be used for any form of monetization, edited, or used for NFT/Crypto or AI training purposes.
WONT DO
Real people, underage (loli/shota), hate content, violence, gore and extreme fetishes (vore, scat, noncon...)If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Seja paciente e respeitoso.Os preços podem variar de acordo com a complexidade.Eu reservo o direito de recusar ou cancelar a encomenda por qualquer motivo (ao cancelar eu farei reembolso do pagamento).
PAGAMENTOS E REEMBOLSOS
Pagamento via PIX.Antecipado ou 50% (antes de começar) e 50% (antes de entregar a arte final).Para valores abaixo ou igual a R$ 50, apenas pagamento antecipado.Reembolsos não serão feitos após aprovação do sketch.
ETAPAS DA COMMISSION
Envie seu pedido para meu email [email protected]Nele descreva a cena e o personagem detalhadamente e inclua referencias visuais de tudo que eu vou precisar desenhar.(Para a ausência de referências será cobrado uma taxa de 30%.)O prazo pode variar de 1-4 semanas (após a aprovação do sketch), dependendo da complexidade e de infortúnios da vida.Caso tenha um prazo especifico, me avise. Prazos apertados custam uma taxa extra.Eu irei enviar WIPs a cada etapa (sketch > lineart > cor base > render). Na fase de sketch é quando você poderá pedir por grandes mudanças, depois disso aceitarei apenas pequenas mudanças.Revisões complexas após a lineart/ cor base terão um custo adicional.Quando estiver completa você receberá uma imagem em alta resolução (formato png) por email.
USOS E DIREITOS
Eu detenho todos os direitos sobre a minha arte.Se não for acordado o contrário, eu posso postar a arte final em minhas redes ou usar de portfólio.As Commissions são para uso pessoal.Imprimir (para uso pessoal) e usar a arte como ícone/ banner é permitido.Você é livre para postar a arte onde quiser, mas não se esqueça de me marcar/ creditar.A arte encomendada NÃO pode ser usada para nenhuma forma de monetização, ser editada ou usada para fins de NFT/ Crypto ou treinamentos de AI.
NÃO ACEITO DESENHAR
Pessoas reais, menores de idade (loli/ shota), conteúdo de ódio, violência, gore e fetiches mais extremos (vore, scat, noncon...)Se tiver duvidas, sinta-se livre para perguntar.
